How long does an inspection take?
Depending on the size of the home and the amount of components involved, a typical inspection takes between 2 and 4 hours (average is around 2 hours). Larger homes may take a little longer.
What are your hours?
We are available Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm. Sunday availabilty by appointment only.
Do you check for Carbon Monoxide?
Yes. As part of our routine inspection, we check the venting around furnaces and hot water heaters for high CO levels.
